SAN Francisco 49ers wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk has not requested a trade, his agent has adamantly declared.

Aiyuk, 26, is said to be unhappy with his team over new contract.

But that hasn’t resulted in him requesting a trade, according to his agent.

The receiver is headed into the final season of his five-year rookie contract.

The 49ers have publicly said that they’re looking at offering Aiyuk a new deal rather than trade him.

A report on Twitter claimed that Aiyuk had already requested to be traded.

But his agent Ryan Williams of Athletes First replied, “you need better sources.”

As it stands, Aiyuk is set to make $14.1 million in the 2024 season.

According to Spotrac, the receiver has a projected market value of just over $96 million over four years.

That averages out at $24 million annually – meaning he would leave $10 million on the table under the terms of his current deal.

He recently unfollowed the team on social media, which suggests there could be a breakdown in communication.

Aiyuk appeared on the Nightcap podcast with Shannon Sharpe and Chad Ochocinco to discuss his contract situation.

“I’m trying to get what I deserve,” Aiyuk said.

“I feel like this season, this season playing football, I figured out who I was as a person and a player, what I bring to the table, what I bring to the locker room, what I bring to the organization.

“And just the value I hold when I walk in that building.

“People going to follow me because I’ve done it the right way since I’ve been in that building.

“From the first day I walked in there to when I was in there earlier this morning. I’ve done it the right way.

“We got professionals working on both sides, so hopefully, we can come to a professional agreement and continue playing professional football.”

Aiyuk was a first round draft pick in 2020 out of Arizona State University.

He is part of the 49ers’ fearsome crop of offensive weapons including Christian McCaffrey, George Kittle and Deebo Samuel.

The 26-year-old has scored 27 total touchdowns in his career so far.

He had three receptions for 49 yards in this year’s Super Bowl loss to the Kansas City Chiefs.
